No sooner have the Finals been won than the NBA begins to look toward the future with its annual draft event. With all eyes on where emerging talent Cooper Flagg will end up, you can watch the NBA Draft live with the help of this guide.

The 6-foot-9-inch Flagg is certainly the most eyecatching prospect on the 2025 Draft docket, having helped his Duke college outfit reach the Final Four at March Madness this year. It's looking almost certain that he'll wind up with the likes of Anthony Davis and Kyrie Irving — themselves both previous first picks — in Dallas after the Mavericks got the luck of the draw in the Draft Lottery. The San Antonio Spurs, Philadelphia 76ers, Charlotte Hornets, and Utah Jazz make up the remainder of the first five to choose their rookies, and you can see a full list of the order at the bottom of this article.

Apart from Flagg, other young guns likely to be picked up early are Dylan Harper of Rutgers, VJ Edgecombe of Baylor, Tre Johnson of Texas, and another Duke product in Kon Knueppel. After his Most Outstanding Player heroics in the NCAA Championship this year and helping his Florida Gators to the college title, there will be a lot of fans rooting for Walter Clayton Jr. to be picked up, too.

Where to watch the NBA Draft in the UK

Although TNT Sports was the NBA broadcaster in the UK last season, those rights have now been snapped up by Amazon Prime Video. However, it doesn't appear that the streaming giant will host this year's NBA Draft. As such, it looks like the only way to watch in the UK will be through the NBA League Pass, costing from £19 a month.

NBA League Pass lets you stream out of market NBA games all season long. Note: Nationally televised games and local teams are not available live.

How to watch the NBA Draft from anywhere

If you're overseas when the NBA Draft takes place, it's unlikely you'll be able to stream it using the platforms you normally would back at home. This is due to global rights restrictions. Thankfully, there's a solution — a handy bit of software called a VPN (Virtual Private Network) that enables your laptop, smartphone, or other streaming device to think it's in another country altogether.

ExpressVPN is our top pick. It's fantastic at unlocking streaming services that would normally be geo-blocked. Plus, it's gloriously easy to use, doesn't slow down your internet connection, and adds an extra layer of encrypted cybersecurity to your online traffic (read more in our in-depth ExpressVPN review). If a VPN is crucial in helping you watch the NBA Draft, you can give ExpressVPN a try now thanks to its 30-day money-back guarantee.
